European politics & state-Islam relations in modern Europe
Jonathan Laurence is an assistant professor in the political science department at Boston College, where he teaches courses on European politics and state-religion relations in modern Europe. He is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution (Washington, DC).
During Spring 2008, Laurence is a visiting scholar at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. In 2008-9, while on leave from Boston College, he will be a Senior Fellow at the Transatlantic Academy of the German Marshall Fund in Washington, DC.
